For
those who want to play with others on a regular basis, Mike’s Guitar World
helps group you with other compatible musicians to form bands that meet
regularly and learn needed skills such as queuing off of one another, engaging
a crowd, and organizing set lists, to name a few. Bands eventually perform
“sets” in front of an audience. You do not need to be a student at Mike’s
Guitar World to participate in the bands. Current students and siblings receive
a discount.
Participation in bands is voluntary. Musicians can play in
the student showcases and are also given opportunities to perform at local
events throughout the year.
